UPDATE: When this place first opened it was pretty rough and stayed inconsistent with quality and experience for some time. But now things are solid, the quality is consistent, the staff are super nice and service is quick. I have been back many times over the last year or so and I’m happy to say that everything is settled, it’s a great location now.
Surly woman making sandwiches and there appears to be black mold or a lot of dirt & grime in the tile grout, floor to nearly ceiling, and especially in the sink area.
It's a corporate chain. They do all right. Definitely better than subway. I would suggest you look at your local sub shops.
