Placed an order on phone with staff to be picked at noon today 10/12, paid for it at that time as well. Went to pick up the order, it wasn't ready and hadn't even been started. Had a function scheduled for 2pm, it's after 1 already, hubby had to wait 45 minutes to get the order!! No apology, no compensation, even a drink while waiting!! Poor service, 2nd time this has happened. I'll be looking elsewhere in the future. Maryville, TN
I would like to thank the staff today. Every employee spoke to me and all were great to talk to. Very pleasant! The food was great as well. I will definitely be coming back to this location. Thanks again!
Service was fast, quick and friendly servers. Delicious sandwich, always fresh and made just how we like it! In and out in 5 minutes! Thanks for excellence in every bite!
