They offer a chicken sandwich combo with a bag of chips and a soda for 8.79, I think. I went yesterday and the guy at the counter told me they didn't have it. Also, I asked for a hot sandwich and they weren't making them hot, he told me. Today I went and again they don't have that combo even though they advertise it in their windows and inside they say they don't have it. What a promotion, deceiving people, very disappointing.

I live and work in Englewood but I’ve had a couple of bad experiences at the Englewood store so i decided to try the Creskill store. My sandwich came out perfect and i would love to give a full 5 stars, but at the tea fountain, i poured what i thought was sweet tea from the sweet tea side, but when i got home and tasted it was just plain tea. I understand they are trying their best but the lack of effort after messing up a couple orders is what got me. The food is wonderful but messing up orders and having no care to fix it was a little upsetting
