Felix at the Cresskill location was quick, friendly, professional. I order 3 sandwich’s all complicated in their own way and he got all right! Great customer service! Thank you
I waited 10 minutes to order my sandwhich as the person in front of me ordered 5 subs... When it was finally my turn to order, one of the back end workers told the staff to make my sandwhich at the same time as two other people behind me, which then took even more time. Also, they used a wrapping with a pen on it to wrap my sub, and the worker didnt even acknowledge their mistake. This is place is a disaster, and will never be going here again.
I highly do not recommend the cheesesteak, I can say that much. Nino's in Dumont is good though. He puts 4 slices of cheese on each side of the bread and then mixes the meat in with it. I watched this duo make a cheesesteak and then take 2 slices of refrigerated American and place it right on top of the meat. I'm afraid 2 slices won't cut it. I asked for extra and told them I like a lot of cheese and so they added a 3rd slice on it?!!!! Seriously?!!!! Very dry sandwich and definitely not quality. This place needs to go. Time... read more
