Best subs around, 35 miles just to get one of the best!
I was really looking forward to trying them today but was dissapointed. If you're placing a pickup order, don't bother. I waited 40 minutes today for my sub and watched everyone come in store and order, receiving their sub before me. Absolutely ridiculous. I rarely leave poor reviews, sad to say I'll stick to a different sub shop next lunch even though the sub was good (it had a lot more meat than other sub shops too). **Editing to add they even forgot to include an item in my bag.
I had an incredible experience at Jersey Mike's thanks to Charlie! We mistakenly arrived 15 minutes after closing, but he still happily took our order and provided outstanding service. Charlie went above and beyond, and I'm so grateful for his exceptional customer care. Highly recommend this location because of him! Thank you for the great sub Charlie!
