I went to JM this Sunday the 5th, friend ordered a roast beef wrap and I ordered an Italian bowl , bill was over $27, wrap was tiny ! Now the BEST, they asked if it was to stay or go … stayed, and asked for a fork !!! Sorry, NO utensils!!!… what ? Audrey acts like she's running a Fortune 500 company instead of a sandwich shop. Calm down, Gordon Ramsay of cold cuts. Nobody should have this much attitude while standing next to a bucket of banana peppers. Working at a sandwich place shouldn't give you such authority. Get Audrey/braids out.
I've met traffic cones with more personality than Audrey. Audrey somehow managed to make ordering a sandwich feel like I was applying for a mortgage. Congratulations on turning bread, meat, and cheese into the most awkward experience of my week. Audrey has the customer service skills of a dying phone battery.
