I was so excited when they first opened and the first time I went, everything was great. It slowly declined after that. Sometimes the customer service is above and beyond but most times it's careless workers not even doing their job. Last night a worker was outside talking to a friend, blocking the parking lot when there was 20 spaces and the other workers were falling behind. Kaylin was amazing, he hooked us up with some amazing food!
If the food was not great, I wouldn’t come back to this location. The staff were very rude, and acted like they couldn’t be bothered. I was literally the only person inside there at 10:45am. This was my first time ever visiting a Jersey Mikes. The facility was clean and the food is good.
I ordered a Supreme Sub, Mike's way. It was Amazing! So flavorful, so delicious! Keep doing what you do!
