I went in to order two giant kahuna Subs. The guy on the grill asked me what did I want as I proceeded to give him my order he didn’t write everything down, his memory wasn’t good either. I asked for rosemary parm bread instead I was given regular white bread, I asked for bacon, there was no bacon the cashier asked him twice about the mistakes he didn’t try to compliment me at all nor did he apologize I didn’t want to give anyone a hard time so I said it’s fine since the sandwiches were already made and bagged. If you care to have your food made correctly and don’t have time to waste, DO NOT ORDER ONLINE/DELIVERY. Very terrible customer service on the phone, employee hung up because they messed up my food and only having a short period for lunch and working on the opposite side of town, I was unable to come pick up a replacement. If I could give the service 10 stars, I would! Just left here on a Saturday night and the three young men in there are super. Cleaning, stocking, and providing the friendliest customer service I've had a fast food place. Each one so polite and made a point to speak to me. This is the kind of thing that keeps me coming back and choosing them over JJ's or other fast places.
Both the lady up front and the gentleman cooking were friendly and gave great service. Store is clean and well maintained.
