I have been going to JerseyMike’s since 1958! Never disappointed!
I usually like Jersey Mike's, but this store wasn't good. We ordered 4 subs, and there was NOTHING on any of them. The roast beef on 2 of them looked like the cow was run over and left on the side of the road for a week before slicing. It was old looking and brown! There were 2 slices of meat and paper thin cheese on each sub, a few slivers of onions, and no lettuce either. HUGE disappointment for the price we paid and we'll NEVER return to this location again.
I rarely buy take home sandwiches, but found that jersey mikes made a tasty stuffed Sub at the new Manasquan location'. However, I had not visited the location since last year until last night. When I got home I noticed the sandwich was not as thick as it normally was and could actually "see through" the provalone cheese slice. Apparenetly they are stretching their "cold cut" stock by adjusting the slicer to produce thinner cuts.
