My card was charged at this place and I’ve never been here before. Apparently, this is an ongoing issue of Jersey Mike’s and they have done nothing about it. Thankfully, my bank was able to dispute the charges.
I've never been to a Jersey Mike's Sub shop, but somehow I keep getting notices from my bank that transactions are being attempted with my card. Thankfully, the charges were denied, but that is not the point. The first attempt was for 1,200 dollars and the second was for 2,100 dollars. I contacted the location of the Jersey Mike's where the charges were attempted and all they would say is "You placed an order for 1,200 dollars and your card was declined." This Turkey Mini no cheese was embarrassing!
I was in the store about 10 minutes ago a delivery lady came in and a young man from behind the counter came over to help her in the meantime another woman jumped in front of him and grabbed the bag but the woman hadn't even picked up the bag she said that the young man was helping her then a man in a red shirt I guess assuming the manager came over and started screaming at this delivery lady and I mean screaming at her like this is how it works around here and she was like sir this gentleman's trying to help me I just want ... read more
Rude and unprofessional employees (Sean) and I question the cleanliness of the store. I do not recommend this location. Because I saw the employees handling money and other tasks not involving food I asked the employees to change their gloves and they looked at me like I was crazy or just slapped their mother's. Assumption is if you're dealing with other people's food you shouldn't wear the same gloves all day. I think it's an easy concept.
