We showed up 10 minutes before close, hungry, after a long day of a family funeral, and they were gracious to make us 4 sandwiches with smiles!!!! So thankful for the kindness of the workers helping us out.
I ordered 2 subs for pick up at 11:30, I know Jersey Mikes takes a while for mobile, so I came 30 mins later at 12:00. I did not see my order being made, and I was not acknowledged by any employees for 45 mins. During this time, at least 20 people went through the line and everyone else was getting their orders made and handled for them, even though they ORDERED AFTER ME. Sub ordered. Drove 5-10 min. Waited 20+ subs bot even started. At 1:30p. Only 2 other customers in line. I dont care how good the food is I'm taking my business elsewhere if you can't start a cold sub in 30m
