Love Jersey Mikes but this location is rough. If you’re in any type of a rush, just skip this option. Even ordering ahead won’t save you time. Food is typically good, but service and wait time is always on the long side. Which is disappointing for a fresh sandwich.

Online order, Jeff/Jack (sorry i misheard your name) he ran the grill Saturday Aug 8, if he wasn't working we probably wouldn't have gotten our food. Hot subs were done for 30 minutes, waiting on 2 cold subs that never got made. He had to do it. We watched 10 or more customers walk in and get their orders, while ours never got done. Mistakes happen i get it. Had i not paid online i would have walked out.
