Waited about 45 minutes for a 1 philly off our order, that we ultimately never recieved... absolutely no apologies or accountability was taken by the staff, not even an offer to fire it... disappointed in the handling of this situation
I will never be going to this location ever again. The service was horrible. I waited over 25 minutes in line to get my food. It was under staffed and one of the workers was more worried about talking than making sandwiches on the grill. And the other girl was doing online orders and refused to help other employees. The girl taking orders had to stop to help the guy on the grill because he had no idea what he was doing. Since the girl doing online orders refused. We ordered chicken Philly sandwiches in a tub. Ordered a sandwich for delivery and it still wasn't ready 90 minutes after I placed my order. I understand being busy, but an hour and a half to find time to make a sandwich seems excessive. Ended up canceling my order because they said it would still be another 20 minutes after that.
Parking at this location is a bit limited although my gosh the flavor was amazing!
