Devon the "manager" was extremely annoyed that I'd ask for a refund even , i had been told by a different just the day before.I couldn't make it before closing , employee told me just give my phone number , but apparently that wasn't enough so very annoyed, he tells me he has no photo. I’m rating based off customer service. We forgot to pick up our order. Totally my own fault so I called to say we will not be picking it up. He was so kind and was trying to offer me a refund but being my own mistake I said no way! I truly appreciate the kindness for a mistake that wasn’t theirs. I can’t say what the food would have been like.
I’m only posting this because I’ve loved Jersey Mike’s for decades and feedback is a gift. I’m 0-2 last two times at Jersey Mike’s in Wall. Good kids - they don’t listen. Today I ordered two subs - giant cheesesteak and regular turkey with just turkey, a little mayo and lettuce. I get my order and it’s a regular turkey and regular cheesesteak. Wow! What a disappointment. Jersey Mike’s corporate need to do a random order from here to see how skimpy they are. No way are they using the amount of meat they are supposed to. This was the worst Jersey Mike’s I’ve ever had anywhere. That’s including other states. This is a #13 Italian on a gluten free roll. You can’t even see the salami or pepperoni here.
