Ordered 2 whole subs and only got 2 half’s how are you gonna charge $50 for 2 6 in subs?? Completely Ridiculous!
They put someone elses order in my bag. I was unable to get a refund. But they offered to remake my order. When I go to pick it up they made me give back the drinks and brownies that THEY had put in the bag. I said you don't think you could comp. The 2 drinks and 2 brownies as a way of making up for the time. The gas. The late meal. The phone calls because they didn't answer the phone after calling several times. Phone in an order, brought back to work to eat, realize it's wrong. Call in to explain, answered with "no problem, I will make the right order right now!" Get back (15 minute drive) and the food isn't made.... then get told they are out of what I ordered.... no apology, no nothing. Oh, did get a $2 off my next order, very kind. Had the customer service been better, the mistake would be excusable. But, nope. Take it or leave it mentality like I made the mistake ordering food there. Lesson learned.
