I was disappointed with my recent experience at Jersey Mike’s. The regular tuna sub barely had any tuna on it, and the sandwich was made very sloppily, which made it difficult and messy to eat. I also completed the feedback form about my experience but never received a response. I expected better quality and customer follow-up.
The hot Italian was good but the service lacked !
I hadn’t had Jersey Mikes in a long time and I decided to order a sub off their app and pick it up at this local establishment . I have dietary restrictions that prevent me from eating at a lot of restaurants and the staff had went above and beyond to ensure that my order was safe for me to eat . I haven’t had a store be this accommodating and welcoming in a long time . Thank you Jersey Mikes on 1405 S Salisbury
