This was such a pleasant experience at this location. I've been to other locations before and this was next level service. The team was very busy but working together with a great attitude. Our food was great quality, and delicious. But what really stood out was the customer service of Megan. She made everyone feel seen, waited on, cared about, and was giving out the highest level of customer service left right and center. Probably the best jersey mikes in the state of Tennessee! Everyone here is so nice and welcoming when we come in! And it isn’t just they have great customer service and make our food well but they treat you like a friend and what more could you ask for from a stranger after a long day right! If I could give 10 stars I would!!! Give everyone here a raise too I know corporate got the money for it!
