I order the giant chicken chipotle with extra mayo. My sandwich hardly had any meat. Thinnest, driest, saddest Jersey Mike sandwich ever. Barely any chipotle sauce, no mayo as requested. My order was not made with love.
The best Jersey Mike’s in Alexandria! I got the chicken salad sub and a #13 w/bacon for my wife. The chicken salad was delicious and you can’t go wrong with the #13 sub. Nice way to start my weekend and highly recommended. Friendly staff and quick service.
Feedback on Customer Service Experience – 8/11/25 I’ve been a loyal customer at this Jersey Mike’s for over two years, consistently enjoying excellent service—especially from the morning and early afternoon team. Apparently to-go orders take precedence over the singular person actually standing in the store. Noone could be bothered to address my needs as a paying customer inside the physical store.
