Bella is the kindest ! Makes the best sandwiches and the store is always clean super fast service super impressed please give her a raise she’s 10/10 every single time I have come in to this location and I have been going here for over a year. Thank you so much Bella !
This was my first time at Jersey Mikes, and I am so impressed by this location! The inside was so clean, and the food was so fresh and delicious. Bella is amazing! She is so kind and has the best energy. Will def be back!
The MOST important thing to me is customer experience. You never know the type of day someone is having, so going the extra mile to take care of someone is big deal. Bella and Rylee did an amazing job with customer experience and I can’t thank you girls enough
I hadn't been to Jersey Mike's in Edmonds for a while. I had a hankering for the Stickball sub!! Today I treated myself. The people that helped me from the meat/cheese cutter to the toppings person to the person who checked me out were all very friendly and kind! They even gave me a compliment on my gray hair :). Thanks for making my experience so nice.
I love the sandwich’s at Jersey Mike’s and crave them! Everytime and I mean every single time I order at this location they manage to take forever to make the order. I ordered at 1217pm and it’s now 1241 which is 24 minutes to make a sandwhich and it’s still not ready. I finally got it at 1245. The gal was nice enough and gave me a free drink while I waited, which I appreciate but I would appreciate it more if my sandwhich was made in 15 minutes? Almost 30 minutes is borderline insane.
