I just wanted to take the time to write this, I was visiting my family here in Seattle, we all stopped by and walked into a jersey mikes, let me tell you when I say they had the best customer service and everyone smiling when I walked in. Everyone was fast and efficient, I really want you all to know much I loved the atmosphere and crew team at this location. My sub was great and my family said the same whenever we are back in town we will definitely be back to this location!
Staff was super friendly, store was very clean. Even though store was busy staff was amazing that it didnt feel like a long wait at all. Would go back to this location!!
The food was good, but my experience inside the restaurant was disappointing. I watched what appeared to be a shift manager repeatedly call one employee over while he was already working, constantly giving him new tasks in a tone that came across as demanding and disrespectful. The employee stayed polite and simply replied, "Yes, ma'am," every time. The shift manager was also singing loudly and dancing around the restaurant, making it hard to enjoy our meal.
