For the second week we ordered $200 in sandwiches. Both weeks the order was totally incorrect. Do you know the difference between banana peppers and bell peppers? Mikes Way??? Do you just make a bunch of sandwiches and throw them in a bag? A turkey sandwich with only lettuce and turkey? Do you know how bland that is??? I guess I'll just dispute both transactions since you cant get it right and don't answer the phone...
I created an account just to say this. Most of these bad reviews you see, are from actual Karen’s. These people show up for work every day, and despite what happens, they’re always so nice and friendly to us old folks. I came in and was greeted with a smile. I was new to Jersey Mike’s and they showed me how ordering works. I got the perfect sub, and they still had a smile by the end of it. Don’t listen to these people who leave one stars because chances are, they were rude to the staff and had bad days themselves. Thank you ... read more
