Always out of bread some how .
Painfully slow each & every time Never seen that many people working to put out a sandwich so so so slow... 30 seconds per pickle... It's a sandwich not art If you're on lunch expect to be late
I have been trying to contact someone about a refund for 8 days now. 2 times online, as they request. Then called a customer service number goes to voice mail, then called store 2 times, no one answers. No acceptable. I want my 30$ back, we wouldn't even eat the sandwhiches that were made. So saturated in oil, that the wrappers and bags were soaked. Then the bread was basically liquefied, couldn't even eat it. Can't even get money back
Service is always pleasant, even when the store is packed. Rarely is my order incorrectly made (occasionally the wrong mustard ). Soft cookies
