Got my order wrong and can’t even answer the phone to make it right. Why is your phone off the hook?
Would not recommend this JM. I had thee worst experience you can have at a JM. It took 45 minutes to make 3 sandwiches. I was charged for a gaint philly cheese steak but given a regular size sandwiche. When I asked for an update on my order I was simply told we are too busy.
While the extended wait time during the lunch rush was understandable, given the substantial volume of call-in orders and the queue of approximately 15 customers, several areas of concern regarding cleanliness were noted. Although the staff appeared diligently engaged in their duties, the floors were unkempt, and the counters exhibited significant accumulation of food debris, specifically meat, cheese, and bread. When I tell you this place can get cr*p done in a lickety split. I came in moments before close, and the nicest young man and woman welcomed me in with inviting arms. Here, I didn’t feel like my sandwich was being made.
