Amazing Staff always friendly
I lost my receipt for a business purchase, but when I went back a few days later, the staff—despite being busy—were so kind and helpful! They went above and beyond to reprint my receipt, and I’m so thankful for their amazing service
Update: they are still blaming the customer for mistakes. Disappointing. I don't know what happened at this store, but they no longer understand what "everything on it" means. We've never had a problem with this. I heard an employee basically tell my husband he ordered the wrong way when my husband called in to tell them 2 of the sandwiches were made wrong. They really only know how to top the sandwiches Mike's way based on that conversation. If you're not sure what the customer means, ask for clarification. An easy solution... read more
