Jersey Mike’s for the WIN! Sure, I waited a little longer… but now I know why. Every bite was fresh, my order was made perfectly, and the staff was incredibly friendly. And can we talk about that spicy relish?! 🤯 Where has that been all my life?! Funny enough, Subway messing up my order turned out to be the best thing that could’ve happened. Total blessing in disguise. Sometimes the detour leads you to something way better. Quality, fresh ingredients, friendly service… Jersey Mike’s earned a new fan today. 🥪
Ordered a Philly cheese steak with double meat. The girl cooked the meat too much and it was terrible! Also the last 2 times I have observed up to 6 employees running around NOT knowing what to do! I observed 4 different sandwiches made wrong and the employee just took everything off the bread and threw it in the trash. I realize that it is hard to get good employees but I never see anyone in charge! I was a Food and Beverage Director for over 30 years so I'm ot blowing smoke! Placed an order online at 11:00, said it would be ready at 11:20. I'm finally walking out the door and it's almost noon after watching 3 people walk in, stand in line, order and leave before me. What's the point of ordering ahead??
