Just want to give a shout out to these employers. The two gentlemen that were working when I came in were working their asses off hustling, and still took the time to go above and beyond in their kindness and attentiveness towards me. Special shout out to TJ: never seen someone bust their ass that hard makin sandwiches. He really does deserve a raise. For real
Spent $37 and waited an hour for dilivery just for them to mess up the order. Ordered no mayo and it came soaked with it
Very disappointed. My wife and I are from New Jersey and this is usually a treat. The service was very slow. Watched the manger or lead tell a girl (obviously new or I hope new) a sandwhich was too big and pulled it out of a customers bag to cut 1 inch off of it then cut another one inch slice. The remaining sandwich and one inch were rewrapped, the other was placed into on a shelf. I reminded of the old customer service twining of give them the pickle. I’m totally tired of this location’s skimpiness with their meats and cheeses. The lack of quantity and microscopic thickness - you can see through the slices. It’s basically become a bread sandwich, Mike’s Way.
Went in for a pick up order. Pick up order was ready but the staff didn't know what was going on with it so I sat and waited. One worker told the cashier "just give it to her if she wants it so bad." ......I was patiently waiting but yes.....I would like my to go order that was sitting there ready.
