The two ladies were extremely nice and this was easily my top jersey mikes experience thank you
Location is a mess. One of the employees essentially tossed a knife across the counter. A customer picked it up. She did not acknowledge this at all, not an apology or a thank you, nothing. She never took it away either so I let her know (as she was about to use it to cut another customers sub) that it was on the floor. She completely bit my head off about it. Review as a delivery driver: store employees are incredibly rude. Shouting at customers and drivers. When I asked about an order I was picking up, the employee mocked my speech and, repeating what I said with a mocking tone. She should be fired and store should get better management.
