Just check out the recent reviews. This location has the rudest staff in the world. Makes me sad to say. I love Jersey Mikes. The location near Wegmans is great. But this location is awful.
My husband placed an order online. My sandwich is very basic. Just mayo, lettuce, and pickles for toppings. Got home, and my sandwich had banana peppers, tomatoes, all the seasonings, and dressing on it. I had to pick off literally everything and just ate the meat off. My husband's looked like pepper exploded all over it. First experience here and I wouldn't recommend to anyone. 0/10.
I’ve been here a few times, and this is the second time I’ve seen the same young Black teenage girl with black hair doing everything—wrapping food, ripping tickets, topping subs, and running the register. It was only three of them and she was doing the work of them all combined. She kept taking her gloves on and off to stay clean.
