great place with great food
I had a very disappointing experience at Jersey Mike’s. I went there to pick up an online order, but the employees were extremely rude and unprofessional. When I arrived, they told me I was too early and asked me to wait 15 minutes. I waited for more than 40 minutes, but they still had not even started making my order. During that time, they continued making other customers’ orders while completely ignoring mine. Stopped into Jerseys today and the 3 people behind the counter never acknowledged us at all, only to be greeted by the guy making the subs who had the personality of a thumb tack. I noticed the prices have increased, which is understandable since prices have increased, but the amount of meat on the sub was noticeably less. A more expensive sub with less meat than accustomed to, added to that poor service. Time to ditch Mikes and find another place.
Angie is the best! You can tell she really cares about her customers and wants everyone to leave happy. The sub was delicious, the service was great, and Angie truly made the experience even better. Jersey Mike’s is lucky to have her🤍
