Food is always good. Though when mobil ordering never go by the pick up time because it is never ready on time or atleast I have never had one on time even when there is minimal going on in store. Secondly. The Latham, NY store loves to leave there open sign on while the store isn't open, when you say something to the employees they generally act like they dont give a care in the world.
I deliver grub hub. I came in at 12:37 on Sunday December 14th 2025, told which orders I was picking up. The staff then proceeded to make every order for the people behind me while I stood there waiting for my already paid for orders. It is now 1:05, and I still don’t have my order, and they have done 6 other orders for people behind me. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. You should be ashamed. In store customers are not more important than online orders paid.
