No matter how many people are in the store it always takes a while to get your food. There are only two sub making stations and one is dedicated to online orders. So it gets backed up very quickly. Also, it seems like a lot of staff stand around and do nothing.
While sitting waiting for the food we watched one person working while the other two were off texting and complaining about being short staffed. Instead of helping the guy with multiple orders in front door him, that's what they chose to do lol. The guy was doing the same though, and was walking away talking about how short staffed they were instead of just doing the job. Comical but annoying, we won't be back lol. Oh and the lettuce was SUPER brown, I would never serve something like this.
The two guys in the front were helpless and screwed everything up but thankfully a young woman named Neesha (sorry if I spelled it wrong!) fixed everything for them and basically handled it all herself very efficiently. She should probably get all the tip!
