Always a hit or miss with this location. 50% of the time my order is wrong. The Zaragoza location is better but it’s a HUGE inconvenience having to drive that far. I’ll probably stick to Charlie’s Cheesecake in the same shopping center from now on, haven’t had issues with them yet.
I had a HORRIBLE experience right now at this location I ordered online and walked in to a gentleman saying he got the wrong sandwich which happened to be my sandwich,when I asked for my order because it wasn’t on the shelf I was told just a minute and the young lady then continued to wrap that same sandwich that was opened by the gentleman and his bare hands into my order! Nunca habia tenido problemas con este restaurante hasta hoy con un muchacho alto flaco que le dije que faltaban las papas de un cliente y muy grocero rompio la bolsa y vio que no las habia puesto dentro despues me quiso devolver la bolsa con los sticker rotos pesimo servicio de ese joven
I ordered the #5 and got a ham sandwich instead. Absolutely none of the meats or cheese that were supposed to be in it. So disappointed. I definitely cant recommend.
