Never had one made so messy I don't think the girl really knows how to slice the meat I will not go back to this one
Very friendly staff! If it wasn’t for them Jersey Mike’s would’ve lost me as a customer after I got disrespected at the Latham store so thank you Wolf Road employees you rock!!
Update. They got better and made my order right I will keep going here.
We ordered on line. We went into the store and picked up our order. No one spoke to us. When we got the food home we found our subs on white bread not the rosemary Parmigian as ordered. Again no one told us the subs were not as ordered. I called the store and was told they were out of the bread we ordered. Why didn't they tell us when we picked up the order? Also they have my phone number why didn't they call? The store staff they could do nothing as no manager was on site. I sent a note to their Customer Service site. Can't... read more
