The gentleman that works almost every time I've been there is always super friendly and makes my sub perfectly and on time. All the staff have been polite and friendly.
under new management and great service
Placed a custom order in-store since they don’t seem to offer the California Chicken Cheese Steak as an item on the menu while having said ingredients and it being featured on their website. I got chicken, cheese and bread instead… and they asked me to make sure I wanted the cheese! Four employees behind the counter and it took over 10 minutes for the wrong order as it was missing 3 ingredients. Silver lining? I never have to return as they were able to refund me over the phone.
I ahve always iked the Jersey Mike's concept being from New Jersey. This store (109 Wolf Road, Albany NY) shares a lot of issues with other eating establishments regarding employees doing what is expected as opposed to what they feel they need to do. The tables were absolutely FILTHY, Employees (4 of them this evening) were merely "standing around" apparently with nothing to do. It's obvious that the staff was there to do what was needed as opposed to keeping the place kept up for the next customer. Truly a poor experience.
Never had one made so messy I don't think the girl really knows how to slice the meat I will not go back to this one
