I was helped by a gentleman last night with glasses that truthfully didn’t show any care for the sandwiches he was making. To begin my order he sneezed directly into his gloved hands and just changed the pair out, instead of washing his hands. Then continued to make two giant sandwiches extremely messily, under cutting meats then over dressing with lettuce piled high and doused in oil in vinegar- not mikes way tastefully done. Supposed manager Jenn was very rude and unprofessional.
The building was kind of dirty and dingy. Staff was observed not washing hands after absolutely destroying an already unstocked bathroom.
The gentleman that works almost every time I've been there is always super friendly and makes my sub perfectly and on time. All the staff have been polite and friendly.
