Sandwich is soggy customer service bad I paid too much for someone to not listen to what I want put on the sandwhich and have my bread split apart bc it got so soggy. Employee stopped making my sandwich midway to take the next customers order. Additionally, there were 3 workers one was doing online orders instead of helping out the 7 person line not impressed one of the worst jersey mikes I’ve been to tbh.
This place has really gone down hill. Employees are rude, don't know their own menu and act like it is a burden on them that you are there. You have to ask for extra just to get the amount they use to give and it takes 15 minutes to make 2 subs. You know you are in for a bad experience when the person can't even cut the bread in half and look like they haven't smiled in a decade. I'll go out to malta if I want jersey mikes from now on.
