Every single time we come here it takes 30 minutes to an hour to get food each time. Horrible service. Workers there do not communicate with customers, nor do they work quickly. We placed an online order and got there when we were supposed to and waited an additional hour after that specified time. After waiting, we asked for our money back, and it took an additional twenty minutes for them to make the refund. Two very friendly young men served us after coming through a dangerous snowstorm. Good food prepared exactly as we asked. Clean restaurant. We'll be back when we're traveling again.
My second visit in a row where I had placed my order to go and returned to my desk and found that my order was incorrect. Disappointing. Will be going to firehouse subs moving forward. For a 20$ sandwich I don’t find that acceptable.
