I ordered a giant 17 on rose parm and they messed it up due to the lady that took my order in the middle of taking it just walked away to the back and when I tried to go back in and fix it she just said you ordered that way so I am left with a samwitch that is not what I ordered and can't get it fixed

Service was a little slow but the sandwich and the customer service was great.
