Good food and clean. Some staff were very slow.
Friendly staff. Clean restaurant. Staff showed a lot of care for how meat was displayed, changing gloves frequently, keeping pork dishes separated. Tables in the restaurant were clean. Restroom was clean.
I like jersey mikes, but this one is terrible!!! I get a mobile order for a big kahuna no onion add mushroom. Not too over complicated but this one won’t put mushrooms on my sandwich. When I went back inside I asked if they could give me a cup of mushrooms to put on my sandwich and I would be happily on my way. But instead I got a bs story about how corporate doesn’t allow them to do that and they told me they aren’t going to do anything. There were 4 people working and none were actually working. We ordered 2 sandwiches and 4 woman came in behind us and they ordered. The gentleman proceeded to start making their sandwiches before ours. AWFUL customer service.
The lady at the West Branch location rang me and a random stranger up. I was using my shore points which is had 86 points and I was going to get my free sub. Since I paid on accident they had to refund me. The manager did the refund and told me I only had 23 shore points and I couldn’t use it because I didn’t have enough. Awful experience and I paid for my stuff and lost my points for their mistake that I have to pay to get back.
