Im so disappointed by my sandwich. Overall flavor was ok and all but the bread was HARD. Like very difficult to chew and if you pressed woth your finger you have to put extreme pressure in order to even dent it. So sad
The service was fast even though they were busy. I have never had jersey Mike's before. I got a club sub on rosemary and parmesan bread made mikes way and genuinely the best sandwich I think I've ever had.
I often order online to pick up, and the last several times I have ordered at this location, there is a young man working the register who reminds each customer to "stay blessed" - - I wish I knew his name, because he MAKES MY DAY! every time I go in. We never do know what battles others are fighting, I just wanted to recognize this employee and express my appreciation! Give that man a raise!!
So we made a mistake on our sandwiches and asked for a topping change but it was like talking to computer when I asked the manager for help. He said he could fix it but he’d have to charge us again. There was clearly new training so an error could’ve happened… Roman needs better people skills before pursuing manager.
