A whole new meaning to "Mikes Way" today. Vicki Vallencourt decided to jump the gun and add Mayo to my sandwich before I even had the chance to tell her no. I said, I want Ranch. Not mayo. She put the Ranch on the sub after the Mayo and wrapped it up. Then I confronted her and she had an attitude. And said, " well it comes with Mayo." That does not mean, I want Mayo. Showed up a couple of minutes after closing on a Saturday night to pick up an online order and my daughter was cussed out by a male employee and my food was shoved out of the door and slammed in her face. I understand we should have shown up sooner to pick up the order but being yelled at and cussed out is ridiculous!
The bread isn't great but everything else is good. My family eats here all the time and we absolutely love it. It's like a real treat for us. We get the brownies and share them because they're so big. I'm really happy with the quality of the food other than the bread, which is actually pretty good for southwestern or mid-western bread. I do have to add extra cheese and meat sometimes to bring it up to Philadelphia quality But I'm the only one in my family who would know that.
