Just got a sandwich from here first time. Customer Service was great! I had a #5 sub turkey instead of ham and with the Mike's dressing. I loved it! The cost is a little higher than other sandwich places but honestly I felt full and the meat and veggies tasted fresh. You get what you pay for. I will be back!
Went here the other day after ordering online to save some time. Ended up waiting an extra 20 minutes from the time the food was supposed to be ready. Numerous people showed up, stood in line and left before I ever got my food. While this usually isn't the case, from now on it will be hard to remember this place any other way. Tired of asking for fresh white bread and the last 4 trips to your store got dried out bread sitting on your open to air bin except for one day I asked for fresh bread and he went in the back and got a nice soft bread. I just got back form getting a large Ham and Swiss and asked if you had fresh bread and he said was made this morning. Got home and it was terrible, bread sat there in the open air all day.
