I called to report the soggy bread and wrong drink, but my call was disconnected—possibly they hung up on me. Maybe it was my mistake, but when I called back multiple times, no one answered. It feels like they’re avoiding my calls. They gave excuses that a third party delivered the order, but I live literally across the street, and the food was wrapped tight. Jersey Mike's is an awesome place that you make great subs. The bread and the vegetables are fresh and the amount of meat overflows on your bread. Staff is very professional. It seems like they keep the place very clean and sanitized. I like that they have the Agave drinks like the cream soda.

People working here act like they just took a big bong hit right before they help you.
