If you use their app to order food and it never gets delivered they will tell you to call door dash, but door dash says to contact them. Zero support from either party when the order is not delivered. Out $50 bucks because neither jersey mikes or door dash will help.
I purchased a sandwich from the south regal store on 4/21. While waiting for my sandwich to be completed an employee ran an order out to a waiting vehicle. He was wearing his gloves and apron when he did this. Upon returning to the shop, all the staff mentioned he was "crazy" for wearing gloves and apron outside I didn't think anything of it. He then proceded to get right back on the line, cutting cheese, working the grill and making sandwiches. Including reaching dirty gloves right into all the lettuce and fluffing it. All ... read more
