Biscuits and Gravy were surprisingly good! I would give 5 stars if it weren't so pricey.
I now refuse to pick up DoorDash orders here because of the attitude I receive every time. I know I’m not the one eating the food but there is still a paying customer involved and it is my job to deliver. It’s usually an “inconvenience” for them when it comes to DoorDashers. I've been a regular for years. But, recently the prices keep going up and the meat portion has been cut in half. I'm going to try another store to compare. These photos are from a 6" roast beef.
Just stood in line for 5 minutes waiting to place an order, was the only person in line, and was not even acknowledged by the staff that was talking amongst themselves until I walked out, then he said "Have a nice day, sir!" .... will never walk back into this location.
It should not take 30m to make a cold sandwich that I ordered through the app. I should not have to come up to the counter and ask for my food a second time after watching it be bagged. It is not worth $12 to be ignored by the staff and wait 30m for a sandwich I could have and maybe should have made at home. The store and it's management should count themselves lucky that Shamus' Sandwich Shoppe closes at 3, because they would never see a cent from me otherwise.
