This staff is GREAT! We had placed a large order, and one of the sandwiches was missed. ;They immediately made it again, offered to deliver it (they dont have delivery service), credited it back - even though they made it for us, and gave us free cookies and a drink. Their attitude was overly gracious when i called. I had to tell them "its not a big deal, maybe I confused the order when i called it in" and they told me "it is a big deal" and apologized so sincerely that I want to tell everyone to go here for the customer ser... read more
