I really like their hot subs. Tastes very fresh.
I came in on Saturday and Sunday at first. My experience started off pretty bad because the lady in the front didn't seem to know how to make any sandwiches, but then a young lady came from the back with a pink sweater on and glasses came and apologized and made sure that all my sandwiches were made and perfect, she even gave me a complimentary. Unbelievably poor experience today with this store. I placed a large team order during a lunch rush, which I understand is a difficult ask of some places. However, we’ve done this multiple times before. The order was placed online the night before in order to give the restaurant a heads up to prepare. My subs were AN HOUR LATE, and the staff were uncaring and not interested in trying to rectify their mistake. No chance I come here again with my team or individually. Place was absolutely slammed when my wife and I got there but the staff remained professional and worked quickly to get through the rush. It was worth the wait as our sandwiches were absolutely delicious
