Very disappointed with the cleanliness and overall experience. The food prep counter was not being cleaned between customers, which is a serious concern, especially for anyone with food allergies. Several items were out of stock, service was very slow, and the atmosphere was not welcoming. For the prices being charged, the food quality and cleanliness standards should be much better. I ultimately chose not to order because the environment did not appear sanitary.

I placed an order through the app for a gluten-free #7. I arrived at the store 13 minutes later to pick up my order and was immediately told that my food was not ready. Another team member then came to the counter and informed me that all of the gluten-free bread was frozen. She initially asked if I wanted a wrap, but then quickly corrected herself because the wrap contains wheat and would not be safe for someone who needs gluten-free options. Went today to the Riverside Dr. location, online ordered and the food was hot and ready. Speedy pickup and most importantly the big steak Kuanna sandwich was amazing!!! 10/10!!!!!! Whoever worked the grill made a happy lady out of me today! I ate the entire thing!!!!!
