Asked for their special which was the hot Italian. Told the guy while ordering no sautéed onions and that I wanted fresh onions instead, he didn't bother to write it down and I also tried to to tell the girl making the sandwhich but she was not paying attention. After waiting 12 minutes for the sandwich because it was a hot sub I told them they could keep it and refund my money. They did offer to remake but was limited on time. Just pay attention to your customers!!! Won't be back to this location.
Great food and amazing customer service.
Ordered a hot sandwich and waited for 30 mins then it turns out that my sandwich was just sitting on the counter and nobody cared to apologize or even realize that people’s time isn’t theirs to waste.
