So slow and unorganized, half of the crew looks miserable and the other half have no idea what they're doing and mess up your sandwich. You'd be better off going elsewhere especially if you are on your lunch break. I used to really like this place but it's gone downhill ever since spring began.
This location is overall terrible. You can go to a pizza place, order your pizza, watch them make it, then bake it, then cut it/box it, then do the whole thing over again and you'd be out quicker than going to this Jersey Mike's for a cold sub. Every time I've had a hankering for a sandwich and tried to go here (it's close to where I frequent), it has been at least a 35 minute wait. I came today for lunch, and this place needs to be SHUT DOWN. Immediately. I’ve never seen a restaurant so disgustingly mismanaged in my life. It’s filthy from top to bottom, the floors are caked in grime, counters smeared with who-knows-what, garbage bins overflowing, not a single table wiped down, and THE BATHROOM!! OMG. It looks like nobody has cleaned this place in weeks. The staff?
