I love this Jersey Mike’s! I live in Tacoma and I come up here because they are the best. The service is quick and reliable, and Brooke the manager is always so friendly and helpful. And of course the sandwiches are delish. I will continue to come back again and again!

348th in Federal Way has been my go to for quite some time although this location has gone downhill quickly. I mostly order online for the convenience and have never had any issues until the last 3-4 months - I've given time to see if there's change and it's only gotten worse. Sandwitch prep is terrible and special intructions are not even looked at - overall quality is not even close to what it used to be. Very unfortunate.
Over 45 minutes for an order that I placed ahead of time because apparently they had given my sandwich away to another person. All they could offer me. It was a free drink for an hour of my wasted time. Employees are rude and slow.
