Terrible hero, drenched in juice, mayo was like soup and there was literally one slice of roast beef turkey and Swiss.
Chris was great and accommodating to my concerns about how to make my sandwich, he was pleasant courtesy and polite.
I have been to this location many times in years past only for takeout. The food was always just barely edible, but would do in a pinch when I was working from home under time constraints. Ordered from here within the last week and I must say that the quality has declined substantially. The bread is not good but is basically the same as always, but the meat and cheese seemed almost inedible. My wife ordered the cheesesteak and had to have a bowl of soup after because the sandwich was too small for her.
On our way back from a dance competition, hunger began to hit. We decided to stop at the nearest jersey mikes for a bite to eat. There, we were welcomed by amazing service. The workers by the names of chris, matt, and jake were wonderful and really made this experience a nice one. Not to mention the food was exceptional and fresh. Overall, a great experience in suffern NY.
I recently visited this sandwich shop while in town from New Jersey for my daughter’s softball tournament. We stopped by by chance and ordered the Original Italian sandwich — it was incredibly delicious and fresh! My whole family absolutely loved it. Chris, who was working there, was very kind and friendly, which made the experience even better. If we visit again, this will definitely be a place we come back to. The store was also super clean and left a great impression. Thank you for the great service and amazing food!
