I ordered a club supreme and when I got home there was only one slice of roast beef and one slice of turkey and no bacon. $20 for a sub and I basically got a loaf of bread with tomato on it. Friggin rip-off. This used to be a great location when they opened it. But the service has been lacking the last few times. Now they seem to not even bother putting anything on the subs. Never going back.
Last visit was 6/7 at night shortly before closing. Went to pick up online order and they were completely out of bread. The staff were amazing and handled the situation well! Offered any accommodations and explained everything professionally. Well done!
