2 subs, $50.14. What the hell is the 7.96 extra? Receipt says "Added Tips". Sounds like a bogus charge to me. You add almost 8.00 to my order for no reason at all. Subs were good but too much money. By the way, it was a take out order.
My sandwich was not made correctly. No dressing. Not all the meat that should have been on it
Food is good but to expensive
This is the 3rd time I’ve done an online order and the sandwich has not been correct. I’ve asked for completely different bread and when you add the wait on top of it (which I didn’t mind even though it was 25 mins past pickup) only to unwrap it and see it is wrong is beyond frustrating. The bread is the first thing you grab how can you possibly mess it up every single time
Stood at the counter for 10 minutes before someone waited on me. They weren't busy and there were several employees just standing there doing absolutely "nothing." They were too involved with each other talking about their social life.This used to be a store where you got good service but it has totally gone downhill. I won't waste my time again. There are other places I can go to get better service.
