Overall food is good. Just left and I can honestly say the customer service is terrible . Extremely bad. No hey , no bye , no thank you for your order. He just mean mugged me like he was mad I came in to order.
If you order anything that comes with bacon then intentionally try to leave it off the sandwich but still charge you full price. The first time it happened i thought, ok easy mistake but then the next few times i went i noticed they were trying to do the same thing until i said something. Just super sketchy and i wont be back and i'll be telling everyone.
First time ordering from Jersey mike's and they literally messed up both of our orders.
Great location and I enjoy the employees. Just FYI I received I flyer with a coupon in the mail today but sadly it expired. I didn’t check prior because I just received the coupon. Not sure what happened but I was disappointed in the fact that I didn’t get a sub today lol. I believe the employees would have honored it but I’m not that guy. Keep being awesome but I’d get with marketing on the mailer mishap.
