Fantastic service , prompt and friendly Thank You Jersey Mikes!!
Greeted as soon as I walked in, absolutely no delay in their energy. My sandwich was a little messy but it didn't really ruin my experience, it was still a great sandwich just picky on the appearance.
Overall food is good. Just left and I can honestly say the customer service is terrible . Extremely bad. No hey , no bye , no thank you for your order. He just mean mugged me like he was mad I came in to order.
If you order anything that comes with bacon then intentionally try to leave it off the sandwich but still charge you full price. The first time it happened i thought, ok easy mistake but then the next few times i went i noticed they were trying to do the same thing until i said something. Just super sketchy and i wont be back and i'll be telling everyone.
First time ordering from Jersey mike's and they literally messed up both of our orders.
