Placed a catering order for a staff meeting. Ended up needing to change the date. When I called to move it 7 days out, from Tuesday to the next Tuesday, the kid I spoke to moved it ONE day out to Wednesday. Wednesday they called asking if I was going to be coming to get my order. I told them no, they're 6 days early & I had rescheduled it to the following Tuesday. The kid proceeds to lecture ME on not making this mistake again. Have eaten here twice now, and not disappointed what so ever! The staff are nice and friendly. The subs.... man.... so freaking good. My wife and I live in murphy and have eaten at the Franklin store and the Sylva store. We're up in Sylva every Thursday and that's our Thursday night dinner stop from now on!!
Remade my food for free and gave a free brownie when my DoorDash driver took over an hour to pick up my food. I wish they used their own drivers instead of DoorDash but that is a corporate issue! Great customer service :)
Great place for a sub. Very expensive.
Great sandwiches. Great service. Make sure you sign up for the club.. points earn you free sandwiches.... some days are double point days too, try n go on those days. This location was on point.
