We brought a group of about 15 parents and kids to Jersey Mike’s right after a basketball game. The store had 2 people working the counter and already had four customers when we walked in, and I immediately thought, “This is going to take forever.” To my pleasant surprise, the two young team members working the counter were incredibly efficient, well-organized, and patient with our large group.
