Okay, listen. I’m not saying Jersey Mike’s is my second home… but if they had a guest room, I’d be moved in by now. The staff is awesome—friendly, fast, and they actually remember my order. If I forget something, they catch it before I even realize. The food is always fresh and delicious, the store is spotless, and honestly, it’s my favorite place in town.
The girl who rang me up, was wonderful! However, the 2 who actually helped me made me apologizing for not knowing the exact name (knowing it close, and giving the 4 ingredients that it comes with, wasnt helpful enough) of my sandwich into making it difficult to order, by deliberately pretending that they didn't know what i was talking about.
