Ordered a hot Italian and asked for the bread to be toasted. Waited about 12 mins and got the worst, sloppiest, wet untoasted garbage sandwich of my life. If the economy was better I would thrown it in the trash. I will never eat jersey Mike's again.
Did a great job for our catering order
This location specifically is very slow. My order is frequently (not always) wrong. The girl argued with me after they were the ones who made a mistake. I asked for extra meat Philly and it was obviously a mistake with extra cheese. I was told “that is extra meat” meanwhile it has so much cheese you can’t even see anything else. I love JM. I just wish this location was better.
Very friendly staff. The restaurant is clean and they were working hard to get our to go order together when we got there.
Shaundra and staff are always very friendly.
