The subs are great, lots of options. ALL the guys taking care of us at the Mentor avenue store were so kind. Will definitely be back

Where's the meat?? When you pay $18 for a sandwich you should have more than 1/4 lb of meat on it. I was there 1/14/26 It was 95% bread with just a very thin sliver of cheese and almost no meat. Won't be coming to this location anymore

Hit or miss if you have any substitutions or remove toppings. I go down to Concord for anything like that now but the food is otherwise fine and filling for me. No major issues.
