As a former Jersey Mike’s employee, I’ve never experienced such unprofessional customer service. The only person who was professional was the older blonde lady. The staff rushed through our order, started wrapping the subs before they were even finished, and gave us three subs with chips but didn’t provide a bag to carry everything. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and far below the standard I expected from Jersey Mike’s.

Shout out Jeff super helpful guy and location is clean
This is by far my favorite Jerseys Mikes store in the DFW. Food is always fresh and quick. Jeff & Alec are also always super accommodating!
