Very disappointing experience at this location. I visited around 8 PM on September 3, 2026, and unfortunately, all three employees working at the time — the person taking orders, the cashier, and the person preparing the sandwiches — had a very unfriendly and rude attitude. When my sandwich was ready, I asked for a paper bag. The employee seemed annoyed by such a simple request, opened the bag with an attitude, and shoved the box into it. Entire staff at 12:30pm 8/25/26 clearly racist, they can’t even hide it. Long line, white people are greeted, welcomed, thanked for business, and wished a good day. Myself, Afro Caribbean big curly hair, green eyes, pure silence, Josilyn even made me wait to pay lol I literally live here, how sad. Otherwise great sandwich, luckily I can see them make it in front of me or I’d be suspicious.

Such nice staff that work here. Very kind and great customer service skills. Sandwiches were delish. Can't wait to have it again.
