Friendly staff. I go there 3x a week for lunch.
after sitting for over 20 minutes at our table and employee walked by and looked at us and asked if we were going to order anything. we showed her our receipt and said we did quite a while ago and then for the next 5 minutes she went yelling at the staff as to the whereabouts of our food. after another 15 minutes they brought us our food and apologized by way of giving us a free cookie
Love their sandwiches and especially the Bread and Oil they use
