I placed an online order on January 16 at the Glassford Hill Jersey Mike’s, scheduled for 12:00 PM pickup. Due to a professional learning day, the store was extremely busy with walk-ins and online orders, and the staff was clearly unprepared for the volume. My order was not ready at noon and still hadn’t been started by 12:45, at which point I had to leave. I ordered the sandwich that makes them famous and they gave me just ham. It took forever for the sandwich to be ready when the order was placed in advance.
I’m a huge fan of Jersey Mike’s subs. This is the first time I’ve ever second guessed my choice on where to eat. The place was an absolute wreck. Food, gloves, and tissues all over the kitchen floor. Absolutely disgusting. Do better.
