They always get my order wrong and have been unwilling to fix it. I guess it’s my fault that I keep going back lol. If there’s another location or different sandwich shop near you, is recommend that you go there instead.
Great place with really great people working there. The subs are alright, I am not a big fan of them like my friends, but that's just me. I remember the first time I ordered the buffalo sub I was so happy, I was having a bad day and this made my day better, but then every other time, I don't know, it just doesn't taste the same, like at first I thought they gave me the wrong sub with the ranch sauce, but then I ordered again and yep, it is the buffalo, it just doesn't hit the same. Where's the beef??? I will never order from here again, overpriced and all bread!!
This was my first visit to Jersey Mike’s, and unfortunately, it wasn’t a great experience. The restaurant appeared unclean, with food scattered around both the ingredient and prep stations. I was initially looking forward to trying roast beef that I hoped would be cooked in-house, but after noticing it looked like standard deli-style meat, I asked an employee about it.
