Who answers the phone at a business with a simple “Hello?” and no mention of the name of the business? Also, please update your online menu to include salads. I had to go to Tucson, Arizona, to discover Jersey Mike’s makes salads. If I had known I would have been a customer all along.
My hero/hoagie, was late, but Man, did they construct it PERFECTLY! That and the FRESH AWESOME BREAD , made this a cornucopia of delicious Freshness! The staff communicated with me well. They were in the weeds , and were still polite, and Honest, and sincerely apologetic, The Delivered a Perfectly mayonnaised ,Fresh, well put together Sandwich! So Good! I wish I could give more stars! Just lthe most satisfying late order Ever!
Major staffing issues. It took me 2 hours to receive my sandwich. Insane. They need to hire more people or turn into a subways.
