I had a very troubling experience at this Jersey Mike’s location on Wednesday, November 26th between 4:50 PM and 4:55 PM. After waiting in line for over 10 minutes, I witnessed an associate making a hot sandwich at the grill turn his head and let out a huge sneeze without covering his nose. I’ve visited the Manchester CT location on and off over the years, and this most recent experience was excellent. I placed my order online, and the website was clean, well-designed, and easy to navigate. I picked up my food on 11/12/2025 at 8:37pm, just before closing, and despite it being the end of the night, the store still felt clean, organized, and welcoming thanks to the cleanup crew. Bad customer service. Gave the dasher the wrong order and had me on hold for 20 minutes waiting. Gave me a regular sub when I ordered two giant subs. Never ordering from this location again.
Update: Had an issue with my last order (honestly was the 1st mistake in 20 orders approx so it's all good) but Morgan went above and beyond and fixed it tonight. Too kind, and this is why I'll always be a Mike's customer. Appreciate the hard work.
