This is the worst Jersey Mikes location I have been to. I will drive the extra mileage to go to Vernon now. Every time something about my order is incorrect. I’m not sure how this location anticipates customers to order “the juice” on the side via the online app. If I keep “the juice” checked off and write in the customization note to please put the juice on the side, every time it will come on the sandwich, and not on the side. This was my first time ever ordering from this Jersey Mike’s location and it will most likely be my last unless management takes accountability for this experience and makes things right regarding the order I was still charged for but never received.
