As a family with multiple members who have celiac disease, finding a safe place to eat is no small thing. We’re a big family, so when we spend $75 on a meal, it absolutely has to be worth it for both taste and safety — and this Jersey Mike’s delivered on both. Update, I have visited this location several times now. The service is good and they try to go above and beyond to assist you with your needs. Sandwiches are good along with the toppings that are applied to each sandwich. I do feel as if the prices are relatively high when you're paying over $8 for a mini sandwich. I understand pricing has gone up since covid, but it's still quite a bit for such a small sandwich regardless of the quality. I ordered a turkey sub and the staff really took a lot of pride in how they made it. I wish I could have filmed it. Smiling faces, good food. Would definitely come back here.
I come to this location at least once a month, I always ask for my sub hot. Apparently this one time I was not specific enough as to wanting both the bread and meats to be heated. When I went back to the location to ask for a heated sub the employee proceeded to not heat up my sub, and to want to charge me for a new sandwich because apparently it was my mistake.
