We ordered online for the Jersey Mikes down near 149 and 1488 but the app picked up the location near Five Guys. When we realized what had happened we tried to call several times and when we finally got through the lady (Alyssa) apologized and said they were having phone problems and she would refund the @ $20 for the sandwiches. That was 2 weeks ago and no refund has been applied to our credit card.
Sandwiches are great!!! Their online ordering system is terrible. Forces you to locations that are not near where you live. Order online carefully!!
Food poisoning.
My wife and I went here for dinner. The employee wrote my order down because it was a hot sub which was still almost messed up, we ordered my son’s sandwich which also took several times or repeating and was still messed up, my wife ordered hers told the employee what she wanted and he still needed it up, when she repeated the order because it was being messed up, the employee’s body language was disrespectful because he had to stop in process of screwing up her order and fix it the way she had originally ordered it.
