Listen, I went to Jersey Mike's at this 1488 location today where I met with a fellow military vet behind the counter. I asked for their recommendation on a sandwich, and they recommended the Big Kahuna from the cheese steak menu. It's either Dustin or Justin who assisted me from start to finish with all of his recommendations. Let me tell you, when I say this sandwich was so fire... I am still underselling it. This was the first time in a while that I have been to Jersey Mike's. The staff were friendly and helpful. I was picking up an online order and I arrived early, but they had just finished the order and were packing it up. The inside also seemed very clean. The sandwiches were great!
Our sandwiches were made well and to our liking. But the staff tonight wasn’t too pleasant. No greeting, food took a little longer which was not the problem, more so no communication on the wait, just not the customer service I’m use to at other locations
