Absolutely slow and rude service. Ordered online. Arrived 5 minutes AFTER my online order was supposed to be ready. No one else in the store, and I provide my name. The lady proceeds to pack up 10 other to go orders. After 15 minutes, I tell them I am just going to cancel the order. She then grabs a wrapped sub that has been on the counter since I came I and says it is right her. My hot sub is now a cold sub and I could had it 15 minutes ago!
The most pleasant sandwich buying experience ever. I was greeted upon entry and was treated with kindness and care the entire process. Definitely recommend this location for your sandwich dining experiences.
stafford/stanford gave EXCELLENT customer service. he was very funny and kind and made my/my dad's day! please be sure to give him some props! will be sure to come back to this shop whenever I need a sandwich. :)
