total was $31. gave the lady with a septum ring and short hair a $50 bill. she said “we can’t accept bills over $20.” my husband offered to add more chips to make the total higher and she still said she can’t accept a $50 bill. i said you don’t have $19 in change? she looked at the total again then looked back at us obviously not wanting to admit she was wrong. will be driving the distance for a different location because what

There’s a lady that makes my sandwich every time..at this point I love her 🤣 she has the perfect personality and attitude for this job. Wonderful communication ! Sandwich made exactly like I wanted

I hate to give a one-star review here, but I went into the store and ordered my kid's food, and I tried to order one of the famous Buffalo Chicken Cheese Steak wraps. It was kind of embarrassing to be told that they wouldn't make it for me. They told me their boss won't allow them to because he thinks they're "too messy" and they have had to "disappoint a lot of people" because of it. And yet here I was, another one. Absolutely slow and rude service. Ordered online. Arrived 5 minutes AFTER my online order was supposed to be ready. No one else in the store, and I provide my name. The lady proceeds to pack up 10 other to go orders. After 15 minutes, I tell them I am just going to cancel the order. She then grabs a wrapped sub that has been on the counter since I came I and says it is right her. My hot sub is now a cold sub and I could had it 15 minutes ago!
