Went this am on 2/3/2026, and let me tell you. The 3 ladies in there were So Professional, Courteous and Hospitable. While waiting for my 3 sandwiches, turkey sub and a chicken Khahunah, I was able to visibly see the cleanliness, attention to detail and making the Absolute Perfect sandwiches. The harmony was felt amongst them and the Absolute Flow is to be imitated by other restaurants. I will Absolutely go back. Thank you ladies

I went there to order my lunch today, place was empty. I ordered a BLT. Gave them a tip. I get home and it only had bacon on it. I was bummed. I called and told them what I got. They said to bring it back and they will put tomatoes & lettuce on it.😂. So you want me to drive 15 min there and 15 min back to put what was supposed to be there in the first place! Ended up just cancelling our order of 2 subs after ordering. Was ignored from the second we walked in (no worries, they’re busy making sandwiches ) but when our order was finally being taken they were annoyed with our every word. It was the least welcoming I’ve felt at a restaurant. Went to another Jersey Mikes location that was significantly busier and was treated much nicer. I know people have bad days but it was just a terrible vibe all around.
Got my sandwich, 1st time here. Didn't ask me about other toppings. I wanted tomato and pickles but was told I had to yell them when I ordered. Food took 22 minutes. They were kind but told me I had to order it like that? My sandwich is hot...how was i to know they'd fuss if I wanted to add toppings after grilling? I hadn't paid yet. Anyway, not happy. Won't come back to this one. Nice guys but no customer service skills. Didn't even offer to put some tomato and pickles in a cup.
