Got my sandwich, 1st time here. Didn't ask me about other toppings. I wanted tomato and pickles but was told I had to yell them when I ordered. Food took 22 minutes. They were kind but told me I had to order it like that? My sandwich is hot...how was i to know they'd fuss if I wanted to add toppings after grilling? I hadn't paid yet. Anyway, not happy. Won't come back to this one. Nice guys but no customer service skills. Didn't even offer to put some tomato and pickles in a cup.
Great service and the Mike's Philly was hot and fresh !!! They have a 100 on their health score a super plus !!! The staff was professional and friendly

Listen here! I’ve been going to Jersey Mikes for YEARS - I’ve had good experiences and I’ve had not so good customer service. Today (Sept. 18th 2025 at 11:30am) was my first visit at this specific location and I have to say everything was above and beyond excellent. First of all, the blonde lady with the bun greeted every customer who came in the door, asked every person in line how their day was going, and thanked every customer when they left. I went in there was no one up front I called out for over 5 minutes and finally two guys came out from around the corner. Neither was friendly. They didn’t ask what bread I wanted or what cheese I wanted. The add on topping was limited. Put way too much mayonnaise on.
