Ordered off Door Dash; They gave the wrong name and the wrong order and now won’t answer the phone after calling 4 times
I received excellent customer service here today from every single person on the staff and I watch them give great customer service to the other people that were in line as well. Impressive also my food was amazing. I’ve been here four times in the last two weeks and I’ll continue to come back.
I enjoy coming to this location! Huge shoutout to Derek, patrons before me ordered something with pork, I do not eat pork & I didn’t want the remnants of that on my turkey sub, I asked nicely if the slicer could be cleaned off & they obliged! Super understanding, super positive attitude because they were a tad bit busy & from what I could see only two people working. Very appreciative of that! Made my sandwich all the more enjoyable! Thanks again!
