During my visit, the customer-facing prep area appeared messy, with visible food debris on the cutting board and surrounding counter surfaces. This made me uncomfortable and raised concerns for me about cleanliness. I shared my observations with management afterward. The response I received felt defensive to me and included a suggestion that I try a different Jersey Mike’s location. Based on both what I observed during my visit and how the concern was handled, I chose not to return to this location.
Great wraps and staff, nice and clean
I had a terrible experience at this Jersey Mike’s. The person working was incredibly rude and mean from the moment I walked in. Their attitude made the whole visit uncomfortable. I won’t be coming back to this location.
