Food is always great the stuff are great
Didn't make the subs in front of me and didn't ask if I wanted to add condiments.. very poor! Never going back...go somewhere else...
During my visit, the customer-facing prep area appeared messy, with visible food debris on the cutting board and surrounding counter surfaces. This made me uncomfortable and raised concerns for me about cleanliness. I shared my observations with management afterward. The response I received felt defensive to me and included a suggestion that I try a different Jersey Mike’s location. Based on both what I observed during my visit and how the concern was handled, I chose not to return to this location.
